An exciting opportunity has arisen to become part of the team at Orthotic and Prosthetic Solutions OPS based in Osborne Park.
We are searching for an experienced, detail focused, and proactive Administrator to co-ordinate the processing of NDIS plans and applications for our patients in a timely and efficient manner.
As a client interfacing role, this role requires the staff member to liaise and educate clients on their queries and concerns, arrange appointments, and conduct plan reviews on a continual basis.
Minimum of 5 years prior experience in a complex, administrative position.
Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and the tenacity to "stick with it. When challenges arise.
Demonstrated ability to prioritise and organise.
Demonstrated patient-focused approach in service provision with genuine empathy and interest in their needs.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Consistently well-presented, friendly, courteous and obliging.
Undertake all duties in a diligent manner, with honesty and integrity.
Have a vigilant attitude to accuracy, being prepared to double check, as necessary.
Ability to work both cooperatively and independently as required.
experience dealing with the National Disability Insurance Scheme NDIS will be highly regarded.
