About the role





Teleo Immigration has a vacancy for a Administration Assistant to join their team. This position will suit an administrative expert with a passion for creating order and effective process, who is looking for a company that provides work/ life balance and located closer to home than a city-based office.

Working with the director an accredited specialist in immigration law, Solicitors and Migration Agents within the firm, this position will incorporate high level administration and secretarial duties. Provide assistance with the preparation, lodgement and management of client files and legal applications.Liaise and communicate effectively with clients from a range of backgrounds and languages. Take calls and make bookings for new and existing clients.Collate documents to support applications.Process and collect information to support applications.Manage client files within the LEAP Migration Manager and general LEAP database.Lodge applications with a variety of Government departments, Tribunals and skill assessing authorities.Draft correspondence to clients on a variety of topics.Make travel arrangements and coordinate speaking engagements & projects.Carry out legal research.Assist solicitors and migration agents to manage client files from start to finish.Take ownership of all required tasks and add value to the team. Experience in a law firm/ migration agency will be highly valuable;Excellent English language skills essential.
