THE ROLE







The Project Coordinator supports the Project Manager on various activities in the development and implementation of programs that have a measurable impact on their business through improving patient experience. We provide a wide variety of solutions from Research, CRM & database management, Nurse services and Website solutions. The general day to day activities will involve





Supporting the end to end delivery and processes of multiple projects from pre-sales through to delivery and operational handover





Experience standard project management approach and delivery processes





Preparation and ongoing review of project plans and delivery timelines





Support in the preparation of client estimates based on project scope & client requirements





Supporting Project meetings, WIPs and client scope workshops





Actively communicating with various stakeholders on project changes based on quality, scope, risks and issues





Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with the internal team members to support in the delivery of solutions





Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with external vendors and clients potentially across multiple time zones





Review and contribute within the project team on project documentation, which include solution design, workflows, SOP's and program specifications





Support the development of project management elements during new business pitches, credentials and proposal presentations





ABOUT YOU





You are a highly motivated individual, with a strong solution-orientation and customer focus





1-2 years project management experience working on multiple projects and delivering end-to-end solutions





Familiarity with technology systems used to deliver business solutions ex. Databases, CRM, other and digital services





Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to transition seamlessly between the technical and business realms





An independent and objective perspective to problem solving





Ability to motivate and coordinate resources, handle third-party suppliers and partners while managing shifting sometimes competing priorities





Excellent diplomatic and interpersonal skills and the ability to deal confidently with people at all levels, technical and business stakeholders internal and client





Highly organised with attention to detail, resilience, self-discipline and determination to achieve required results





Experience in healthcare industry is desirable but not essential





A flexible, motivated team player
