About the role







The Office Manager is responsible for the processing and compliance of member applications and alterations, payroll processing, key interface with the Xero accounting package, membership accounts management, contractor management and the rostering of staff across multiple departments, ensuring the smooth daily operation of the centre. Reporting directly and supporting the Centre Manager, they will work closely to deliver the desired business outcomes across all departments. This role has a strong focus on business compliance and auditing, work place health and safety and risk management reporting.

Skills and experience





Essential





Proficient level of Microsoft Office Suite of Products Important Company/XERO/QUICKBOOKS experience in payroll/debtors/creditors Previous experience rostering multiple teams/departments using a rostering software product Effective staff management Friendly, professional manner with good interpersonal skills Experienced in contractor management. Desirable Previous experience in an office management role.
