THE ROLE





In this newly created role, the IT Support Manager recruited will play a critical role in supporting the internal infrastructure of the business, supporting & troubleshooting to internal and external customers. As the lead, you will be required to provide mentoring and leadership to junior members of the team and act as a final escalation point for 1st,

2nd and 3rd level support.





Responsibilities include





This will include but will not be limited to





Troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to customer network access and network connectivity issues





Troubleshoot and resolve users network performance issues





Providing user and functional support





Support network infrastructure





Multiple projects including; 0 migrations, office relocations etc.





YOUR PROFILE





This role would be the right fit for an enthusiastic individual who has excellent customer service skills whilst being able to demonstrate logical problem solving / troubleshooting skills and is looking forward to progressing their IT career within the financial services & trading industry.





The following is required





4-5 years in a similar role





Proven experience in previous Senior IT Support / IT Management





fundamental networking knowledge with TCP/IP, routing protocols etc





Experience with Mobile device management





Excellent customer service & communication skills





Displays willingness to learn





Resilient, hardworking and motivated personality





Australian Drivers licence
