A growing and dynamic deposit bond company is looking for an Client Service Officer to join their team. Deposit Assure is a young company, that is in the business of providing Deposit Bonds to client's who are looking to purchase real estate all over Australia. Be an important part of our small but growing team, servicing stakeholders.
About the role
We employ on attitude first and foremost! Previous experience in the finance or mortgage broking industry would be an advantage and set you apart from the rest!
Your primary role is to provide exceptional customer service in all that you do, providing assurance to customers and referrers,
that they are number one! You will be part of the solution to help clients secure their property.
You need the ability to engage and influence stakeholders, working with them to find a solution that not be immediately apparent.
You are predominantly a 'farmer' and take great pride and satisfaction with helping others.
Specific tasks include First point of for all phone enquiries to the business line. Following up with our clients and referrers on outstanding information or documentation required. Managing administrative inboxes. Dispatching of deposit bonds and liaising with our courier services on the delivery of bonds. Data entry for new applications received and assisting customer service teams with general administrative tasks. Establish and develop good working relationships with all our referral partners for the of developing, then monitoring compliant and profitable repeat business. Skills and experience You must be a team player ? proven experience working in a team. Collaboration is in your nature Customer Service/Administration experience desirable - 2- years experience in a similar role Oral and written communication ? is just about perfect!
