Finance Manager





Role OverviewOur client is an emerging FMCG group and after a really strong , they are forecasting to continue their impressive growth trajectory. They foster and drive an excellent culture and have been able to attract industry leaders for their newly established senior leadership team. Reporting into the Head of Finance, you will play an integral part in shaping the performance of the business. You will partner closely with the Board, SLT and other key stakeholders across the business to provide timely and accurate information to support commercial decision-making.DutiesMore specifically, your key responsibilities will includeLead the preparation of key compliance requirements such as Financial Reporting,

Tax and Statutory Reporting





Manage the maintenance of financial records including transaction processing, reconciliations, monthly reporting and operation of accounting processes





Analysis of results to provide insights and visibility into performance to the leadership team





Manage the external audit functions across the group





Ensure monthly reports, board reports and annual accounts are accurate and prepared in a timely fashion and in accordance with good industry





Provide the business with timely and accurate advice around the performance against budget





Help develop and manage a pro-active high performing finance team





Ideal CandidateYou will have an excellent technical accounting base with a proven ability to handle a varied workload. It is also essential that you are able to engage and influence key stakeholders across all levels. To succeed, you will have an ability to balance your detail-driven personality with the capacity to understand the bigger picture. Your exceptional communication skills will compliment your talent for interpreting and articulating complex information. Other requirements includeCA/CPA qualified





Minimum 5yrs experience





Previous experience in an FMCG environment will be favorable





Strong Microsoft Office experience Excel, Word and Powerpoint is an absolute essential, while experience in Navision is preferable
