About the role





Your main responsibilities will be





Provide consistent administration support; this will include Fleet management, travel management and event management





Ensure offices are supported to operate efficiently







Manage office consumables for all offices in Australia and New Zealand





Manage catering for all in-house events





Provide back-up to reception, when required!





Assist the HR Manager with employee induction





And much more as required!





Skills and experience





To win this role you must possess the following





2- years' experience within a similar role





Ability to prioritise workload





Excellent time management skills





Excellent verbal and written communication skills





High attention to detail





Microsoft Navision skills, advantageous!





Intermediate MS Office skills Lotus notes, advantageous!
