25 hour weekly





Flexibility across hours 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday

A 6 month contract opportunity has arisen for a technically savvy and focused individual to join a leading edge utility organisation. Located in the South Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne has established an exceptional reputation delivering on quality and top tier customer service! Working within the Customer team your primary for your role will to provide the highest level support to consumers. Your responsibilities will incorporateProviding exceptional customer service to all consumers







Efficient and professional response to all service and billing enquiries





Effectively resolving customer complaints minimizing customer escalations





Proactive in collecting customer data to provide solutions in accordance with company policies





Process financial adjustments in a timely manner





Participate in implementing process and procedure improvements





To be considered for this position you will demonstrate the following capabilities





Flexibility to work a rotational roster, working shifts from 8am to 1pm & 1pm to 6pm Monday to Friday.





Able to attend 4 weeks of full time training 9am ? 5pm.





Previous experience in a technical or service call centre





Possess professional interpersonal skills with analytical reasoning





Ability to articulate complex information to diverse audiences in verbal & written form





High typing accuracy in 45 words per minute at a minimum





Agility in using multiple software platforms simultaneously
