IT Service Desk Analyst | IT Helpdesk





What are you looking for- Does an IT Support Analyst sound like you-





Do you love IT- Have you been in a desktop support/service desk role and found yourself enjoying the challenge of fixing issues for your internal team- love to troubleshoot and resolve basic network and server requests- Are you looking for a chance to prove yourself in a support role with genuine career opportunities to progress- Enjoy being the first point of call- From network and server requests to phones, switchboards, even comms, patching networking requests this role covers it all!





Did i mention...there is no need to travel to the city, this position is based in the Penrith region, Western Sydney







Your Mission, should you choose to accept would be to provide a high level of IT support functions, predominately around infrastructure management for the Australiasia Team. That's right, you will be a key and critical member of the team and the first point fo call for all things IT related.

Your day to day tasks will include;





Being the 1st point of for all IT and Service Desk issues





Keeping track of customer requests, providing updates, closing out requests





Assist in production of user guides for systems & applications





Assist in training of the user database





Assist in PC / Laptop replacement plans





Infrastructure Management





Liaise with 3rd parties to resolve issues and quote for locally sourced equipment





What do you need to be successful;





Apart from your awesome 'can-do' attitude, we do not require any formal qualifications, a few key things you will need;





Excellent communication skills





Resilience & the ability to work with remotely based teams





Demonstrated experience in a client focussed IT support role





Experience supporting Windows 10 / office 360





Knowledge and experience of Microsoft applications & server infrastructure





Knowledge of networks & networking





Experience supporting modern peripherals including the trusty office printer





Apart from the above, you will also get;

Work locally, based in the Penrith region





Generous salary of $65k - Super





Overseas all expenses paid work trips - typically 1-4 a year





Standard office hours are Monday to Thursday 830am-5pm, finish early on Fridays at 415pm
