The People and Culture Manager will report directly to the CEO and will play an integral and critical role in providing high quality leadership and management of the HR function across all services.
As an experienced People & Culture Manager HR Manager/BP you will drive the strategic and operational direction of all HR functions including employment relations, industrial relations, remuneration & benefits, workforce planning, training and development and recruitment and retention management. You will have the opportunity to create and embed HR capabilities that will support and enable the company's long term business strategy.
KEY SELECTION CRITERIA Relevant post graduate qualifications in HR and Business Management or equivalent Previous experience working in the Health/Aged care sector highly regulated and compliance driven environment is essential Multi site experience Ability to interpret complex health EBA's and awards Significant Industrial Relations and conflict resolution skills.
