The RoleThis firm have an exciting opportunity to join their team as an Administration Assistant. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to a team of Accountants and the Partner. Duties and ResponsibilitiesMeeting and greeting clients





Answering phones

Preparing letters and packs to be sent to clients





Liaising with the ATO and other external parties





Lodgments of Tax Returns, BAS and IAS

Scheduling meetings







Preparing documents for meetings





Invoicing clients

Scanning and filing





Ensuring the database in maintained





Following up on outstanding documentation from clients





Managing the workflow





ASIC Administration - preparing forms such as change of details





Preparing reports for Accountants





Diary Management

Experience





Experience working in an accounting firm is essential for this position





High attention to detail





Experience using Xero would be highly regardedsho wever not essential
