About the role
Daily duties will include - Telephones Answering telephone calls in a professional and timely manner.Resolve customer enquiries either directly or by referral to the appropriate person.Emails Answer and redirect emails in a timely manner.Print off faxes and distribute or forward by Please apply through this site..Responsible for all customer surveys, including following up and directing queries to the appropriate person.General Welcome clients and visitors. Advise staff member of their arrival. Offer tea, coffee or water if appropriatemunications officer for emergencies.Meeting room bookings.Further office administration duties will be included.

Skills and experience
