Payroll Administrator





Key responsibilities





Managing a shared services payroll mailbox to process HR requests for changes for both internal documentation and external processing via the outsourced payroll services provider ADP.





Highly advantages if familiar with ADP.





Working with ADP to maintain staff payroll record changes and to develop the monthly payroll documentation and quarterly superannuation payments.





Delivering monthly payroll and quarterly superannuation reports from ADP for documented approval from HR Director.





Co-ordinating with Accounts Payable for approval of monthly payroll and quarterly superannuation funding.







Developing and producing monthly payroll reporting using ADP outputs for delivery to the HR and accounting teams.





Filing and archiving payroll documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory responsibilities





Developing and implementing streamlined processes for payroll changes in support of standard HR procedures i.e. change in salary, leave etc.





Payroll reconciliations.





Essential requirements





Bachelor?s degree or tertiary accreditation in related field.





2-4 years overseeing administration of an outsourced payroll service provider for a staff of 200-.





Previous experience in financial or professional services firms would be highly regarded.





Experience administrating payroll function in a shared service environment would be highly regarded.





Experience administrating ADP would be highly regarded.
