The Role As the Head of IT, you will develop,
drive & achieve strategic business plans and initiatives in collaboration with the CEO and Management Team. Reporting to the CEO, you will be accountable for the vision, planning and execution of Oroton?s technology strategy. You will be an inspirational leader who is passionate about continuous advancement and innovation in the technology and retail industry. Responsibilities include - Accountability for end-to-end Project Management aligned with business strategy for technology transformation; Leadership of IT team to build a high performing, service oriented culture; Relationship management both internally and externally with key vendors, providers & stakeholders; Financial management of IT budget and expenditure, including asset management across support offices and retail network of 40- locations; Management and mitigation of risks related to systems and cyber security.Skills & ExperienceOur ideal candidate will have Proven experience in a similar senior IT management position retail or FMCG experience highly regarded Experience in a marketing, consumer lead, digitally driven environment Strong relationship management skills including ability to influence decision making at a senior management level incl. board members Demonstrated experience in managing technology implementation projects - ERP, CRM, retail POS changeover all on the radar.
