Customer Service Team Leader





Espresso Mechanics is a leading Coffee Equipment, Spare Parts and Service Provider in ANZ, with over 50 years industry experience. With a national service presence, Espresso Mechanics is available to service our customers across Australia.





We have a unique opportunity for an experienced customer service manager Service Excellence Manager is our internal to lead a team of three Service Coordinators and an Account Manager. Our Service Coordinators are responsible for providing customers,

contractors and technicians with a point of that always offers outstanding customer service. This includes raising and coordinating jobs for service, maintenance and repair. In this role you will be responsible for managing all aspects of customer strategy, customer experience and customer service.





Key responsibilities include





Lead the development and implementation of the customer strategy





Lead and develop a customer centric team





Implement and report on customer service data metrics





Review and create processes to help streamline the way we operate and continually improve customer experience





Be the escalation point and team backup for service requests via phone and Please apply through this site.





Update and maintain customer portals





Continuous with internal and external customers and technicians





General filing and administration including team backup for customer and contractor invoices





Ideally you have;





A passion for coffee and customer service





Proven experience in a fast-paced customer service management role demonstrating strategic customer experience outcomes





Experience creating customer service metrics including the ability to manipulate data to identify trends and create reports





Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills





Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build strong rapport
