you will be responsible for supporting our Powered By Jumbo Clients from the initial onboarding stage through to the day to day management of general enquires, incident management and future product development requests. The role is responsible for consistently providing excellent customer solutions to clients and Charity Resellers, you will be a skilled problem solver and have a natural ability to build rapport and grow professional relationships with our clients.As Part of Your Role We Will Expect You ToHandling inbound Saas customer requests from Clients Please apply through this site., Canny, Jira and Phone within required SLAsTrain and assist Saas Clients with the various products and services offeredCreate, update and assist with the management of articles and training materials within the Client Knowledge BaseWork closely with the Client Success team, including assisting with Product demos, training and documentation for ClientsOutage Management - Manage planned and unplanned system outages with Clients including liaising with the Development team on outage timeframesDevelop and maintain a strong rapport with Clients both internal and external along with providing a high level of professional customer serviceFoster strong relationships with internal stakeholders/ Product TeamTo Be Successful You Will IdeallyBe self-motivated and able to prioritise your own workload to meet contract deadlines and SLAEnjoy building strong professional business relationships with clients and stakeholdersHave excellent communication skills both written and verbalIntermediate computer skillsHigh level of attention to detailIt's Great, But Not Required If You HaveExposure to a Call Centre environmentExperience with Wordpress, Canny, JIRA & ZendeskExperience delivering training to clientsVisit to learn about Jumbo!
