RFDS has an exciting and unique opportunity for an energetic, self-motivated individual to support the coordination of the medical and nursing student and incentive payment programs as well as support the RFDS Medical Chest program. This is a 0.8FTE role which will allow you to work in a diverse and dynamic environment. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and get involved in a wide array of tasks







Assist Medical Chest Coordinator with the Medical Chest program - opening accounts, placing orders, making up Medical Chests, monthly reports and changes to custodians, assisting in the ongoing sales and expo's





Coordination of medical student placements - bookings, coordinate inductions and collate feedback, reporting





Assistance in Incentive Program - data entry, preparation of quarterly Medicare claim forms, managing Incentive's revenue claims and reports





Provide administrative support to Clinical Lead - GP Services





The successful applicant must possess the following skills and experience





Superior time management skills and work ethic;





Strong digital literacy skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel;





Excellent organisational and communication skills with pleasant and helpful presentation to internal and external stakeholders;





Working background in medical and understanding of education and learning methods experience would be desirable.
