The Job!





This position will suit an experienced Relationship Manager looking for a change or wanting to take the next step in their career.





Key duties will include;





Client Engagement





Stakeholder Management





Providing the highest level of Service to our Clients





Managing multiple residential land projects across Melbourne's growth areas





Running internal and external project meetings with stakeholders of projects





Weekly / monthly / quarterly sales and market reporting





Vendor Management





Overseeing correct use of company CRM system and reporting





B2B relationship building





Engaging and managing builder relationships





Creating Marketing and Sales Strategies





Ability to collate analyse data to formulate pricing recommendations





Managing a team of Estate Managers and Sales Assistants





About You!





You are fun, genuine, caring, vivacious, crazy, cool, happy and a bit on the quirky side. You can think on your feet, multitask and get the job done all with a smile on your dial. You have a wicked sense of humour and a desire to eat and breathe our values.





Ideally you will have;





Minimum 3 years' Relationship Management Experience





Real estate or build sales experience, would be looked upon favourably





Must hold current Agents Representatives license





Exceptional IT skills with advanced Microsoft Office





Excellent Interpersonal Skills





Ability to problem solve and multitask





A passion for success and strong work ethic





Exceptional customer Service skills





Proven ability to Manage a sales team
