At Home Care is a registered NDIS service provider who helps our clients achieve their lifestyle goals. Our team specialises in disability care that is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our in-home care services range from complex high care, including private in-home care and nursing services, through to social support, daily living assistance and community access, for people in and throughout WA.





About the Role





Due to significant growth in the company we are recruiting for a full time Finance Manager based at our head office located in Subiaco. Reporting to the CEO you will be responsible for the day to day functions of the Finance Team and group accounting functions.







Duties





Accountable for end to end bookkeeping, including weekly payroll for At Home Health Group of companies





Process and maintenance of Leadership Team payroll





Accountable for the NDIS accounts functions





Provide timely and accurate end of period reporting





Provide guidance and mentoring to Finance Team and identify opportunities for improvement for finance personnel





Make recommendations for the continuous improvement of financial accounting systems and operational efficiency





Skills and Experience





Relevant tertiary qualifications





Demonstrated experience in finance administration and a working knowledge and demonstrated experience in MYOB and banking systems





Experience in a leading team and supervising finance processes





Understanding of industrial relations obligations in the application of awards and agreements highly desirable
