Tutt Bryant Equipment is Australia's leading Importer and National Distributor of civil construction & earthmoving equipment. The business focus is on sales and marketing activities of our Product Portfolio, well supported by Spare Parts, Servicing and Maintenance departments. An opportunity currently exists for an experienced Administration Assistant working in the National Administration office located at Chester Hill in Sydney's west. Reporting to the National Equipment Administration Manager you will be involved in the key functions of:
Processing overseas and local purchase orders; Liaising with overseas suppliers and customs agents; Processing equipment importation documents; Reconciling stock and invoices; Picking and sending promotional stock for TBE branches; Maintaining accurate stock levels of promotional inventory; Maintaining accurate information for reporting; Data Entry; General Administration tasks as requiredThe ideal candidate for this position will be proficient in and possess skills in the following areas: Previous experience in a similar role, preferable but not required; MS Office and data entry; Excellent written and verbal communication; Problem solving; A strong eye for detail and accuracy; and Time management and reliability.If you believe that you possess the necessary attributes to fulfill the above mentioned role and are available for an immediate start, apply online now by submitting your resume together with a covering letter to the National Equipment Administration Manager, Tutt Bryant Equipment.
