The DM Roads business provides a range of services in road network management. We assist road and intelligent transport systems (ITS)
asset owners to extract maximum value from their assets and provide road networks that meet the demand of today’s ever-changing environment. We operate from a network of over 50 depots and maintain more than 33,000 km of road.
Due to exciting new growth and the award of the Baw Baw Road Maintenance Contract we are now seeking to ramp up our maintenance delivery team. We have a long-term career opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Officer to join our team at Baw Baw . You will be required to liaise with the community, receiving and following through on customer/community concerns to resolution with a professional, can-do approach. Another part of this role will be providing overall administrative support to a busy operations team.
You will possess demonstrated experience working as the main point of contact with the public, dealing with inquiries, problem-solving and providing efficient administrative support. You will also possess;
A customer service approach with a good understanding of customer needs and expectations
Capacity to work accurately with attention to detail
The ability to coordinate multiple administration tasks/processes with tight deadlines and limited supervision
Good work ethic with a focus of teamwork, collaboration and support
Planning and organisational skills
Database maintenance, tracking the progress of issues through to completion
Proficient computer literacy with practical knowledge of MS Office
The ability to build and maintain effective relationships with both internal and external clients & stakeholders
Work effectively in teams to identify and improve processes
Actively participating and supporting Zero Harm initiatives and strategies
