The Desktop Analyst works closely with all levels of support in the Technology group and is the face of Technology to Corrs staff and clients.

Client Details

An independent and national firm who are leaders in their field.


- First point of contact for all helpdesk inquiries and resolving user issues in a timely courteous manner over the telephone or in person

- Troubleshooting software issues

- Set up, configuration and relocation of equipment

- Registering and issuing of loan equipment

- Troubleshooting hardware problems and logging service calls with external service providers

- Setting up video conferencing, teleconferencing and presentations

- Provide afterhours support


- Minimum 2 years’ onsite IT Support experience

- Supporting, Imaging, configuring and deploying PC/laptops

- Supporting, Imaging, configuring and deploying iPhone and iPads

- Knowledge of the MS Desktop environment

- Excellent level of customer service skills - with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Ability to work autonomously and within a team

- Willing to perform out of hours work as required
