Position Description

Busy Medical Centre requiring friendly customer-driven reception staff member to ensure quality service.

Exceptional customer service, reception, admin, and time management skills essential.

Experience in healthcare an advantage.

Essentials Description

- Manage patient transactions according to operation standards

- Manage greeting, registration and departure of patient

- Handle patient complaints and comments

- Deliver high quality service and assistance to doctors working in the centre

- Maintaining a clean working environment

- Comply with IPN's quality management system

- Participate in training and performance management programs

- Work with PM to achieve efficiencies within the centre

- Ensure accurate billings, cash collection and receipting for patient services according to standard operation procedures

Desirables Description

- Flexible, weekends and after hours shifts on rotational basis. May be asked to work at multiple sites.

- At least 6 mths experince in customer service or receptionist role

- previous experience in General Practice desirable but not essential.
