- $100,000.00 per annum base plus salary packaging benefits and monthly ADO

Seeking experienced and innovative HR Business Partner to join our People and Culture team.

Your Opportunity:

Working within a close-knit and supportive team, this position is fast paced and will require an eye for detail, the ability to multitask and maintain a calm manner under pressure.

This position will require a solid focus on building relationships,

partnering with key stakeholders to build capability and manage performance together with supporting transformation and driving change management initiatives.

About You:

- HR BP experience, combined with tertiary qualifications in either HR/ER/IR

- A strategic mindset with strong analytical, problem solving, decision-making skills

- Proven capacity to understand and deal with a range of multifaceted HR matters

- Capacity to adapt in a fast-paced environment and successfully deliver

- A collaborative working style, with excellent negotiation and influencing skills

- A skilled communicator with the ability to produce clear and accurate communication

- Proven record in providing ER/ HR advice to assist in the successful management of complex human resources and employee relations issues.

- Assist in the preparation of cases and representation and advocacy in Fair Work Australia and/or other tribunals, courts and authorities.
