About the Role
This is a great opportunity for an experienced individual to join our Pensions team and identify, secure, maintain and provide quality control of client pension entitlements.


- Identify clients' legal rights regarding Centrelink decisions and initiate appeal proceedings where necessary
- Liaising with stakeholders as required (e.g. case managers, Centrelink) to ensure clients receive correct entitlements
- Ensuring that thorough documentation is maintained regarding client interactions and action taken
- Training internal consultants on Centrelink and process requirements
- Providing high quality reports to consultants, business professionals and management
- Complete quarterly random reviews to check correctness of client's pension position

Skills & Experience

- Demonstrated understanding on Centrelink requirements and legislation
- Demonstrated ability to prepare commercial standard correspondence, reports and recommendations
- Well-developed professional communication skills (written and spoken) and negotiation skills
- Relevant administration experience
- Computer literacy including intermediate skill level of Microsoft Excel

Knowledge of Social Security legislation and/or pension administration experience will be highly regarded.
