About You

Self-driven with a passion for Organisational Development, you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment designing and delivering organisational wide capability building programs. Experienced in engaging with stakeholders at all levels within an organisation, you will use your project management skills to collaborate with internal and external suppliers to deliver organisational development programs that align with the broader people and culture strategy.

You are the type of person who is always striving to improve and lift your own capability and that of others around you and your natural curiosity sees you thinking outside the box to foster new ideas and stimulate creativity.

About the Role

With an ambitious organisational development agenda, the Organisational Development Consultant will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of a number of programs including Culture and Talent and Succession. In addition to this, you will deliver bespoke organisational development solutions to various customers across the organisation.

This is an amazing opportunity to really make a difference as you deliver a number of projects and programmes in the organisational development space.

You will have the opportunity to be innovative in the design and delivery of programs and will be encouraged to challenge the status quo.

What’s on Offer

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated person on a Temporary Full Time basis who is passionate about organisational development to join our People & Culture team. This role is full time (35 hours) up until December 2020.

We are offering an attractive salary from $110,315 p.a. plus Super. City of Parramatta also offer excellent employee benefits which can be accessed by the successful candidate.
