Our Client is seeking an experiencedMicrosoft Help Desk Supportto provide 3rd level support into a large Federal Government Client. This is an initial 6-month contract opportunity with possible extension options available and requires candidates to have a minimum NV1 security clearance to apply.
As the successful candidate, you will demonstrate:
Third level support of Microsoft Exchange 2013, Skype for Business 2015, Lync 2013, IBM Domino 6.5 - 9.0, SharePoint 2010 - 2013
Supported versions 2003 through 2012 R2 in a large government organisation
Third level support of Microsoft Outlook 2013/2016, Skype for Business/Lync Instant Messaging Client and IBM Notes 9.0, IBM Domino 8.5/9.0, Active Directory and Group Policy


Excellent communication and customer service skills

Due to security clearance requirements for this role, candidates must be Australian Citizens who currently possess a minimum NV1 Federal Government Security Clearance.
