BDO WA are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our Audit division to provide administration and secretarial support to Partners, Staff.
The role is responsible for:
Supporting three Directors, including Practice Group Leader (PGL)
Diary and email management including travel arrangements
Coordinate, book and minute take complex meetings between multiple stakeholders, including external clients and internal colleagues and ensure meeting documents are prepared for Directors
Preparation of monthly financial and operational performance packs;
Accurately complete month end billing process for Partners and service line;
Complete complex reports, presentations, tenders/proposals, mail-outs, letters/correspondence, and/or other written documentation on behalf of Directors and/or service line that complies with BDO’s corporate visual identity standards
High volume data entry including directory clean-up & maintenance (ie. CRM);
Undertake or coordinate projects as requested by Partners
Management of audit documentation (filing, collating, binding, archiving);
Assisting with service line events, mail outs in coordination with marketing;
Assisting with training coordination and administration, including sending calendar invitations, room set up and recording training attendance;
What we are looking for?
The successful candidate will possess the following:
4 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant;
Advanced experience in Microsoft Office packages;
Proven organisational skills and high attention to detail;
Ability to work under pressure, often in a busy environment;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Professional manner and corporate presentation;
Drive, passion and enthusiasm.
