Financial Crimes Officer(Job Number:2000000S)Description
RACQ Bank are seeking an experienced Financial Crimes & AML Analyst to join our CBD based team. This role is integral to the safety of our members and our business with a key focus on monitoring, detecting and remediating fraudulent activity, conducting AML transaction analysis and monitoring, as well as utilising this data to identify key trends and implement controls to prevent/decrease this activity across the Bank.
About you;You will ideally have:
- A minimum of 3 years in a fraud monitoring and investigative role, ideally with AML transaction monitoring experience
- An ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A strong aptitude for analysis,
with the ability to probe for clarity, make judgements and think systemically
- Ability to express yourself clearly and fluently, building credibility with your audience quickly in presentations
- Ability to critically assess and uplift processes to improve efficiency and outcomes
