About the Role
As Service Management Consultant, you will lead consulting engagements in relation to existing and new clients, focusing on Service Management design, and ensuring the ongoing Service Management processes for the customer are fit for purpose and use while maintaining Datacom standards.

During Transitions (Customer and Service onboarding) and other customer engagements, you will facilitate productive conversations with your customer and their third-party providers, enabling you to deliver your required outcomes within agreed time frames.
What you’ll do
As Service Management Consultant, you will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
Identifying new Service Management business requirements
Process development and implementation
Continuous improvement of our Service Management capability and offering, including creation and ongoing improvement of standard templates
RFP support and bid response.

What you’ll bring
You will have a solid understanding of Operational Support and Management in complex IT environments. We are looking for someone who is a confident and experienced Service Management practitioner. You will be comfortable using your skills and knowledge to increase efficiency, capability and enhance performance both internally and externally; designing and implementing processes to meet our customer’s service and process objectives.
You will be skilled in the creation of process and procedural level documentation, and are comfortable with using process and workflow mapping applications to document agreed processes for your customers. You will have excellent time and priority management to be able to meet short deadlines; and your communication and stakeholder relationship skills will be second to none.
Ideally you will be an AU Citizen, and have the ability to obtain and maintain ASIS clearance.
