The Business
Work with one of Australia’s biggest ASX-listed mining companies! The business is an industry giant with a global presence. Located in the heart of CBD they have state of the art technology and facilities.
The Role
- Provide administration support to the marketing team – translation of documents, assistance in PowerPoint presentation
- Invoicing and ERP functions using SAP
- Booking travel and accommodation for the marketing team in a timely and accurate matter
- Assisting with the preparation of events! Including seminars, workshops, etc.
- Liaising between both internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis.
The Candidate
- Demonstrated experience using SAP, the successful candidate should be familiar with all functions of SAP, including but not limited to, invoicing, data entry, and purchase ordering.
- Have provided administrative support for a team previously, ideally a team of more than 5 individuals.
- Ability to understand Chinese – Mandarin at a near native level as translation of some documents will be required
- Previous experience of booking travel and accommodation would be preferred
- Have a strong desire to learn and be exposed to the mining industry
