Perpetual Private (PP) is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager who will be focused on the end-to-end development and delivery of all Managed Accounts (MA) and intermediary investment advice offer marketing requirements, including developing brand presence and providing consistent messaging across all client communications.

As a Marketing Manager you will have the opportunity to assist with Business Development, delivering marketing campaigns and engaging with industry specialists.

- Develop clear, results orientated marketing strategies and activity schedule with buy-in from all key stakeholders
- Grow qualified leads, opportunities, clients, FUM and revenue for PP’s Managed Accounts and intermediary investment advice offer
- Deliver innovative marketing programs including end to end campaign management, and work closely with other teams, to increase sales conversion rates
- Support delivery of investment commentary and content for Request for Proposals (RFPs) documents and tender presentations for potential clients.
- Develop and drive comprehensive strategies to attract, nurture, acquire and retain clients who stand to benefit from PP’s Managed Accounts and investment advice offer
- Liaise with key internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution of specific team / industry specialisation campaigns

To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills and experience could include:

- Tertiary qualifications in marketing and / or communications

- Min 5 years’ experience in a similar hands on / specialist role within a financial services environment (e.g. financial advice, investments or specifically working with Managed Accounts)
- Preferable to have existing knowledge of Australian Managed Accounts key market participants and structure and experience in pitch and tender development
- Results-driven, high-performing individual with excellent planning skills and attention to detail
- Strong written/oral communication and interpersonal relationship skills
- Creative and innovative thinker
- Strong project management skills
