The Evidence and Evaluation Centre (EEC) captures insights about professional learning and practitioner inquiry to measure impact and inform system and thought leadership. The research,
evaluation and data supports the implementation of a quality management approach to high quality professional learning, and inform robust advice to the Secretary and Minister about system reform objectives and associated policy reforms.
A focus of the role will be contributing to projects that measure and assess the impact of the Academy's courses and generate evidence to disseminate to participants, providers and the sector. The role will provide expert advice to Academy teams on the monitoring and evaluating of professional learning in the education sector. The role will require the ability to translate evaluation and research findings into accessible insights and recommendations for non-expert audiences.
