We are currently seeking a Junior Accounts Clerk to join our very busy and highly varied Accounts department. This role would be suitable for someone with basic administration or accounts experience. Due to the nature of this busy role, a positive attitude with a hands-on approach is required.

What we are looking for:
Junior Accounts Clerk Position
Experience in cash handling position preferred
An ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
Strong communication skills both within a department and with stakeholders
Strong attention to detail
Data entry Skills
Excel skills

What the role briefly entails:
Daily Banking Function for the group
Reconcile cash, cheques and eftpos for all daily transactions
Follow up on any End of Day anomaly items
General journals
Manage Stationery Orders
Ad-hoc administration duties
Working within team to complete month end deadlines/goals
Provide general support to our Accounts department as required
