Due to continued growth, a new and exciting opportunity has come up in our sales team as a Admin Co-ordinator. This role is very diverse and critical to the ongoing success of our business. We're very serious about supporting you for this next step in your career development.
This is a unique one-of-a-kind opportunity to work with a dynamic and collaborative business. You'll be working directly with the leadership team, including our CEO where you'll see your work come to life in great retailers like Coles, Woolies, Big W and Myer!
About the Role:
- Provide daily administrative support to Account Managers to ensure the smooth running of the Sales Department.
- Assist Account Managers in dealing with buyers and their assistants on a daily basis to ensure high quality key account management.
- Help prepare for customer meetings including presentation preparation, costings & samples and attend meetings with Account Managers if required.
- Process new and seasonal customer orders.
- Liaise with all parts of the business on a daily basis including customer service, planning, product design, graphic design.
- Manage and maintain databases such as range plans, price lists, order tracking, samples, photography.
- General administrative tasks as required.
- About you :
- Organised with great time management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Able to prioritise tasks and work in a fast paced environment
- High level administration skills
- Proficient in MS office, in particular Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint
- High level written and verbal communication skills for internal and external communication
- Previous admin role in wholesale or retail highly regarded
