Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies.
- Source, identify, and attract top-tier candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and more.




- Conduct thorough screening and interviewing processes to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Utilise data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and optimise strategies for better results.

Qualifications:

- An understanding of the recruitment practices, employment laws, and HR trends.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively negotiate and influence both candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- High level of organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
