We are currently seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced HSE Advisors for upcoming long term opportunities in the Gladstone region.

Key responsibilities include:

- Sourcing and maintaining HSE information, performance tracking, recording and reporting systems
- Conducting audits and inspections across multiple sites
- Delivering inductions and training packages
- Preparing HSE monthly reports
- Monitoring and providing support in the use of the HSE incident management system
- Conducting routine and ad-hoc HSE statistical and graphical performance reporting
- Interpreting, reviewing and writing Management Plans, policies and procedures
- Identifying opportunities to continuously improve HSE performance, recording and reporting systems and processes

What you will bring

• Diploma in OHS or greater / Cert 4 OH&S;

• Previous experience in a HSE role within the maintenance/construction industry

• Experience in the use of computer databases and information management systems

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• Well-developed interpersonal and verbal communications skills

• Excellent written communication skills with high attention to detail

• Advanced skills in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel

• Valid Australian Driver’s Licence

• Proof of right to work in Australia
