● Executing opening and closing procedures
● Ensuring all housekeeping standards are met including
but not limited to:
o Cleaning schedule
o Repairs and maintenance
o Hygiene practices are upheld
● Managing all aspects of Kitomba including but not
limited to:
o Ensuring online bookings are actioned promptly
o Optimising appointment times
o Email enquiries are responded to in a timely and
efficient manner
o Ensuring all clientele information is complete
and up to date
o Appointment confirmations are completed
o Running reporting as required
● Controlling stock and product through:
o Regularly stocktaking retail and professional
product in salon
o Ensuring in Salon supplies are always fully
stocked (eco towel, coffee, tea, seasonal drink
menu items, cups, etc)
o Ensure product presentation standards are
upheld
● Driving the best client experience through Front of
House and Stylists by:
o Answering enquiries in a timely and helpful
manner (phone, email, walk-ins, social media,
etc)
o Update Kitomba with any changes and that key
information regarding clients is accurately
recorded
o Ensure cancellation list is up to date and
actioned
o All clients are greeted on arrival, seated, offered
a drink and their personal items are cloaked
o Manage client complaints in accordance with
Company Complaints Procedure
● Participate in weekly conference call, providing
updates on Salon performance – wins and areas of
opportunity
