The Company
We are excited to be working with a growing business based in the heart of Norwest, with a focus on data driven decision making and a continuous evolution of their product offering to help meet the ever-changing needs of their customers. A leading distributor of direct Insurance products in the Australian insurance market, specialising in harnessing technology and analytics to help design, administer,

market and distribute a variety of award-winning insurance products through their Australian, New Zealand and Canadian proprietary brands and partners. They are looking for experienced inbound sales/customer service representatives to join their Customer Support Department.

The Role:
Working in the Customer Support department, you will be responsible for receiving inbound calls from customers and making outbound calls to customers in regards to their policies as well as being responsible for receiving and processing work items from both customers and internally in regards to their policies.

As an Inbound Sales Representative your duties will include but not be limited to:

- Dealing with telephone calls from both inbound and outbound customers and internal agents.
- Perform call backs where required to customers within agreed time frames.
- Ensure all client requests are managed within agreed service standards whilst also adhering to the process requirements of the business.
- Provide a high level of customer service when responding to all clients enquires.
- Investigating and resolving clients enquires.

- Ensure that a high level of product, process and systems knowledge is maintained at all times.
- Ensure that compliance standards are adhered to in line with legislative and business requirements.
- Ensure all follow ups request are completed within agreed service standards
- Complete various administration tasks within agreed service standard,
