Collar Group is seeking Supervisors to join our client’s project team who are a worldwide leader in engineered heavy lift and transport.

About the role:
- The role is a FIFO role in the Pilbara with 6-12 direct reports and 10-25 indirect reports.
- Responsible for the supervision and execution of the assigned work, leading the team, providing direction and expert knowledge on the jobsite from preparation, execution to demobilisation on a day-to-day basis, in line with the work standards,
preparation and jobsite circumstances, to ensure the work is executed safely, efficiently, and effectively.
- Safety requirements and standards
- Operations standards and procedures (e.g., lifting-transport-and-or maintenance plan, project introduction sheet, workorder, certificates)
- Jobsite and port instructions
- National travel required, execute job activities abroad on (remote) jobsites for multiple consecutive weeks
What experience we are looking for:
- At least 3 years of work experience as Operator III or Rigger III
- Will need to be able to undertake and successfully pass Full Medical Assessment a Drug & Alcohol Test.
- 10 years of relevant work experience in the Heavy Lift space
- 3 years of work experience as Supervisor
- Safety for Operational Supervisors training and certification
