We are looking for a Full Time Supervisor in our Despatch (Bibra Lake Warehouse).

The successful candidate will possess the below:

- Current forklift licence LF essential LO will be highly regarded.
- Knowledge of care, maintenance and handling of products.
- Knowledge of logistics & freight organisation
- Knowledge of warehousing procedures and functions.
- Interpersonal and ability to work with and lead a team.
- Previous experience in a supervisor role within a busy and demanding warehouse.
- High level of understanding and implementation of OH&S; essential
- Strong IT skills and computer literacy.
- Ability to undertake shift work potentially ranging from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- A high level of input and implementation of Stirlings Continuous Improvement strategy.
- Experience in other steel/structural steel-related industries (highly regarded)

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager & and other Managers respectively,



it is the responsibility of the Warehouse Supervisor to:

- Supervise & support all despatch duties.
- Housekeeping & maintenance for the warehouse.
- Providing Customers information regarding safety, guidelines for pickups and liaising with couriers.
- Back up for Documentary Control and Back up Logistics.
- Ongoing OH&S; training and supervision.
- Implementation of Stirlings continuous improvements of all warehouse staff policies, procedures and adaption of these continuous improvements.

This is an exciting opportunity that resides in our Operations Warehouse at Bibra Lake, assisting team members with targeted markets and territory development.
