The Institution:

The Position:
As they continue to grow, they are seeking a talented and passionate IT Support Engineer who will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and maintaining the day-to-day operation of the technology infrastructure and end-user computing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2 technical support to all staff, students and other school community members across all of the Schools' campuses.
- Support and maintain a wide range of devices, including desktops, laptops, tablets, Audio/Visual systems, printers, and other peripherals.
- Collaborate with the IT Systems Administrator to ensure the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure, including on-premises data center, Azure and Microsoft 365 services, and network infrastructure.
- Implement and maintain network devices, LAN, WAN, Security Devices and telecom services.
- Contribute to system-wide upgrades and migrations, ensuring minimal disruption and maximizing efficiency.
- Develop and implement a hardware refresh program to upgrade and replace existing equipment.
- Assist in the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of IT devices across the environment using Mobile Device Management (MDM).
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues in diverse IT environments, applying problem-solving skills and technical expertise.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with external IT support vendors and contractors when necessary.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Experience with Network LAN/WAN/VLAN implementation and support.
- Excellent technical problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Experience with audio-visual installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and project implementations.
- Proficiency in managing and supporting a variety of hardware and software systems.
- Relevant training or industry certification(s) such as ITIL / Microsoft / Cisco.
- Self-motivated and proactive attitude,
with the ability to work autonomously and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail, organisation, and documentation skills.
Salary Package: up to $100K (incl. super) - depending on experience.
