You will be joining a global professional services firm at the forefront of innovation and best practise. The leadership team recognises the investment required to ensure their people can maintain their agility and keep pace with the rate of change in the business environment. The firm's strategy is based on developing its people by providing the tools and support they need to become market leaders in order to provide the highest level of service to their clients.
Your new role
You will work closely with the legal Director on a broad range of matters. Clients are diverse, ranging from small business owners to large corporations and high net worth individuals. Responsibilities include drafting objections,
submissions and other documents, including client engagement letters and contracts. You will advise clients on a broad range of technical and legal issues, assist them with corporate governance matters and contribute to dispute resolution processes, including litigation.

You have already launched your legal career and are admitted to practice in Western Australia. Your experience in dispute resolution, litigation or commercial law will assist your transition into this exciting role. Exposure to tax law, governance and other matters dealing with Australian regulatory bodies would be an advantage but is not essential. You are known for your attention to detail and your exemplary drafting skills. You have already demonstrated your ability to engage effectively with clients and other stakeholder groups and have an open and collaborative communication style.
What you'll get in return
The firm supports flexible working options and provides an array of wellbeing benefits. You will enjoy a competitive salary and ongoing training to support your success, allowing you to establish a long term career with an array of possibilities in the years ahead.
