design and documentation to find solutions to client problems in accordance with the project brief. Manage and supervise other engineer’s technical work Assist in developing new and existing client relationships Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, team members and peers What we’ll love about you Degree qualified engineer in the related field. Ideally hold chartership or working towards chartered status Good knowledge of engineering practices, codes, legislation and a practical knowledge of how structures are built, engineering principals (statics) and understanding of materials behaviour. Have local experience in Australia. Minimum of 7+ years’ experience in structural design. Working knowledge of relevant computer analysis tools. Demonstrate the ability to manage solo projects and have the passion to manage and lead a small team. Full working rights in Australia.
