Position: Medical Director (Child and Youth Mental Health Service)
Location: Gold Coast, QLD
Salary: NSW Award

We are currently assisting a hospital on the Gold Coast to find a to find Medical Director (Child and Youth Mental Health Service). You will provide acute and continuing clinical care to patients of Mental Health and Specialist Services (MHSS) and to clinically manage, on a day to day basis, the associated multidisciplinary patient care team to ensure the provision of appropriate consumer care. In addition, provide professional leadership within psychiatry and training,

education and supervision to junior medical staff and other health care members.

Located on the Gold Coast, is a metropolitan region south of Brisbane on Australia's east coast. It's famed for its long sandy beaches, surfing spots and elaborate system of inland canals and waterways. It's also home to theme parks such as Dreamworld, Sea World and Wet'n'Wild. Inland, hiking trails crisscross Lamington National Park's mountain ridges and valleys, home to rare birds and rainforest.

To be eligible for this position you must have Fellowship with RANZCP or Recognised equivalent.
