Minimum 6 years consulting experience, or other external client-facing experience in Financial Services sector
Proven experience working across transformational change projects which include leading and managing various stakeholders and subcontractors ensuring a clear alignment of reform activities and deliverable outcomes
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills including facilitation experience


Demonstrated attention to detail and excellent problem solving ability
Self-motivated individual who enjoys working in strong, collaborative team environments.
Be a skilled and experienced people manager.
