Project Managers required for a growing project management arm of global Engineering firm- Rail / Highways
Your new company
Our client are an established global engineering firm that employ over 1000 staff across 6 offices in Australia and New Zealand. Working closely with a range of private sector and government clients they offer services including development, planning, procurement management, project management and project delivery advisory across a range of sectors. They have a current project portfolio which is second to none in Victoria across infrastructure. Their name is on Victorias most exciting projects.
The Melbourne office currently employs 250 staff and are looking to speak to experienced Rail and Infrastructure Project Managers to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a PM working for a contractor to get a better work life balance and still be involved in Victoria’s infrastructure boom, or move from another major infrastructure client client or engineering firm looking for diversity.
Your new role
This opportunity would see you work closely with the Directors of the company across a range Rail and Infrastructure projects, you will have the opportunity to be working with a range of clients including Rail Projects Victoria, PTV and LXRA among others. You’ll be responsible for the front end delivery of major projects and therefore involved in development, stakeholder engagement, stakeholder management and project planning.
What you'll need to succeed
We’re looking to speak to Project Managers with 5+ years’ experience and Senior Project Managers with over 10 years’ experience. The ideal candidate would have worked for either a recognised PM firm or reputable Tier 1 contractor, have a strong background in rail or civil infrastructure projects here in Victoria and be an effective communicator.
