Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager - Commercial based at our new beautiful state of the art North Sydney office. In this exciting role, you will be leading and inspiring the internal Commercial Customer Service Team nationally. This role will require you to ensure specifications, quotations and project orders are executed efficiently and aligned with customer expectations. Ideally you will be “hands on” manager taking full responsibility including P & L budget for the commercial order bank, ensuring data management of order and forecasting are in line with KPI’s whilst developing outbound contact and activity with secondary customers to create a market leading centre of excellence. Each day you will be working closely with salesforce and our internal stakeholders to ensure professional day to day processes to drive business improvements.

Are you a Fit?

To be successful ideally you will be in process improvements and team leadership. A strong passion for providing a high level of customer service by always building lasting customer relationships. The idea candidate will be capable of driving performance outcomes, preparing and presenting reports related to data processing operations whilst engaging internal and external stakeholders. Having a strong previous history of success leading and mentoring a high performing customer service team will be essential. Candidates who are familiar with using Salesforce, Movex, or another CRM would also be highly regarded.
