Contribute in the development of the Respiratory Care Ventilation vision and formulate operational plans aligned with corporate goals and objectives.
Manage the development and evolution of ResMed's Ventilation portfolio strategy, including product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
Work with the strategy team and leadership to define & assess long-term growth opportunities (organic and inorganic) across the entire value chain.
Manage current business including forecasting and reporting for ResMed's Ventilation portfolio,
in collaboration with regional marketing teams.
Manage up-coming & mature products within assigned portfolio throughout their lifecycle, with the view to maximizing revenues and margins, including post-market support, product improvements and obsolescence.
Provide technical expertise and training to other departments in support of product development as well as ongoing product line(s) sales and support.
Partner with the Customer Insights team, and work directly with the Director of Customer Insights to prioritize the insights needed for the Ventilation portfolio.
Communication of the Ventilation portfolio and business strategy to all areas of the company.

Degree qualification in a Marketing, Scientific, an Engineering or Business discipline
Substantial experience in Product Marketing and/or Business Development in an environment dealing with digital/electronics/medical products
Track record in building and leading successful product marketing teams (more upstream)
